Hi Doreen - no, unfortunately the card is still not working and the same error message appears.
Can you please try again or perhaps we need to try something different?

Hello - sorry for the delay - the last 4 digits of the serial number are 8917 and the company file number is 2

Thanks for your response and for sharing the details with us!
After further review, it seems that the serial number ending with 8917 doesn't appear to be linked to your email address in our system. Right now, I can only spot two accounts ending in 0346 and 3112. Could you please send me a private message with the full serial number so I can dive in and lend a hand?
