Remove $0 Unprocessed transactions from Electronic Clearing Account

Question

I have many $0 nil transactions sitting in the Electronic Clearing Account, which is annoying because they also appear in the unprocessed Electronic Payments Report (see screenshot attached).

How can I remove all of these transactions. These nil transactions do not appear in the Prepare Electronic Payments options as they are all nil values.
