My payslips are not reporting amounts that employees have salary sacrificed to superannuation.
Not sure why but an MYOB update happened today and I think it is a glitch.
The pays are correct and the salary sacrificed amounts do display in the email pay advices but not in the printed payslips. Very odd!

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! I would recommend checking if your Salary sacrifice payroll category has Print on Pay Advice ticked and saved ? If it doesn't this would be why it hasn't printed. If it does, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared can you re print the payslips. Does it appear ?

Thank you for your response but I cannot find where to tick and save PRINT ON PAYSLIP in my payroll categories.
I could only find something to tick in SETUP, PREFERENCES, REPORTS AND FORMS. So I ticked the box to include all entitlement balances on payslips.
Please tell me how I can get to the box to tick PRINT ON PAYSLIP.
