Thanks a bunch for sending over the error log. That "Something went wrong" error can definitely be a hassle, but I’ve run a script to your company file, so you should all be set to open your employee card file now. If it happens again, you can always reach out to our team through live chat with our virtual assistant, MOCA.

Thanks for posting. The error happens because the same employee information gets saved twice by mistake. The best fix for now is for our back-end team to jump in and run an online script over your file to sort everything out. You can reach our Live Chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

thanks - I have submitted a support request twice through MyAccount and had no response. I also tried the MOCA link and it went nowhere.
