Everytime I click on Process payroll in my desktop verison I receive this error
I click on restart account right and get back into it again and then I will receive this message when I try to click process payroll again.
I just shut down and rebooted the pc and now its working.
Me too - cant access either of our payroll software and neither can my collegues.
Still waiting for MYOB to reply. No outages have been flagged?
Notice has just launched on the status page - issue is now under investigation. Fingers crossed it's a quick fix.

I think you got lucky with the timing. I did not have to reboot for it to start working, and the STP reporting issue has been solved by MYOB now

I am also having this problem. It looks like there is a problem with STP reporting, and they may have taken down the whole of payroll to fix it? I hope?
