STP DETAILS LOST

I upgraded MYOB this morning (version 2023.9.1.7) before doing payroll.  When I was finished I was not asked to report STP when I recorded it.  Now I am asked to set up STP again. What happened? How can you fix this?

I have also lost all my STP reports from this year and last year.
