STP

Base Salary not showing payroll register for one employee and STP verification for EOY, all setup are correct and an update has been sent, did not work any ideas to correct this issue

      Base Salary is set up to Gross Payments and is not exempt from PAYG, PAYG balances in the STP verification 

      The only the amount of base salary for one employee is missing from the STP verification report, also the payroll register

      Base Salary has recorded correctly for all other employees with Base Salary, just one employee is the issue, I have reconciled back to activity reports and it all balances except for one employee with base salary. This employee changed employment status during the financial year to base hourly

    Hi there Ian77

     

    You can also check the Payroll Activity report of the affected employee to see if the base salary is not showing up as well. Generally, if the base salary has the correct ATO reporting category and was not exempted to PAYG, that should show up on the payroll reports. If you recently updated the ATO reporting category of the base hourly, it would be best to send an update event. Lastly, you can check the employee pay history to see if the base salary figures are showing up.
