STP Errors
Anyone else having issues with STP errors? Have not changed anything and so far the last two days all payrolls for 3 x clients so far in MYOB only have been rejected. Other software is fine.
Hi, This is the error code SBR.GEN.AUTH.008.
But we have been processing payrolls for a very long time for these same clients and now 3 x clients so far in the last week have all rejected. All our Xero clients are fine, its just the MYOB clients suddenly having issues. So I don't know what has happened for it to suddenly reject these clients reports.

Thanks for providing the error code. The error code SBR.GEN.AUTH.008 typically means that the wrong software ID has been notified to the ATO. Please check this thread, which has detailed information about the error.
