STP Errors
Anyone else having issues with STP errors? Have not changed anything and so far the last two days all payrolls for 3 x clients so far in MYOB only have been rejected. Other software is fine.
But it was working for years before. And for 3 x clients. I will contact ATO. Thanks

It's puzzling when something that has worked for years suddenly stops. The thread I've provided above explains how software ID changes and how it'll resolve the error. But it's definitely a good idea to contact the ATO to verify the software ID for each client.
