Super Payments still say Processing Payments

I have noticed that under the Manage Payment re Super that the STATUS field is still showing 2 weekly payments of super made as PROCESSING PAYMENT yet the money has left our business bank account.  Payments made 5/5 & 7/5 + I also made another one this morning.

Please advise why this is not showing completed since we have paid.

    No there is an issue and MYOB looking into - the Desktop and Browser  are not syncing!!

    Hi Tasqua,

     

    Thanks for trying that restart as well, it helps rule out a simple session glitch. For the super payments made on 5/5 and 7/5, it’s best to allow up to 10 business days, which takes you through to this week. The same timing applies to the payment you made yesterday too. Once the money leaves your bank account, the status can still remain on Processing Payment while it continues through the rest of the process.     anyone else having issues.   I have to close the system down and restart... but still same outcome!!!!
