I have been trying to process super payments & keep getting the message when I try to record 'Oops, something went wrong' - It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later. I have been trying for 2 days now. Anyone else having this problem?

Just a heads up, there’s a known issue at the moment with processing super payments. Our developers are on to it and working on a fix.
In the meantime, the workaround is to process the super in smaller batches. I’d also suggest logging a case via My Accountso it can be linked to the super issue, and you’ll get updates once it’s resolved.

I also still have the same above problem with superannuation payment in AccountRight. Is it not fixed yet?
The note appears when clicking pay super or manage super payments so I cant find any other way to process my super. I wanna do it on Superannuation website but afraid it will not be recognised in myob superannuation system by the end of the day

You’re not imagining it, that “Oops, something went wrong. It looks like this service is unavailable right now. Please try again later.” error was a known issue and it has been fixed. If you’re still seeing it when you click Pay super or Manage super payments, something in your file or in that batch is tripping it up. Test running the super in smaller batches first. If it still carries on, reach out to our team so they can check your file and get you paying super through AccountRight again. You can contact them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account.
