Superannuation - Status payment Failed
Hi
My clients November superannuation payment status was flagged "Payment Failed". According to the client notification of the failure hasn't been received. I have reversed the transaction ready to resubmit and authorise once again but would like to know why the payment failed despite the payment limit being adequate and sufficient funds in the account. Please advise.
