TOIL is not decreasing in Entitlements Balance after payout

 I have paid the remaining TOIL out on an employee but when saving down the payroll reports I've noticed her entitlments balanced for TOIL is still the same. How can I fix this? it isnt happening with any other employees. Please note Toil taken is attached as the other account affected, so thats not the issue.

    If you've observed that the Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) balances haven't decreased post-payment, it might be necessary to process a void pay run that only includes the TOIL balance hours. During this process, ensure to input the hours as a negative value, which will lead to a deduction from the remaining balances of an employee.

     

    This issue typically occurs when the unused TOIL wage category isn't correctly linked to the TOIL entitlement. It's important to verify this linkage to avoid similar issues in the future.
