Unable to Enter Payroll
Since Friday 13th September I have been unable to enter payroll. I have been using MYOB STP payroll successfully for several months prior to this. I process the payroll, click record and when the Process Payments sheet comes up there are Nil Balance for all payments. Nothing has been recorded and no payslips can be found. I have been back and forth between MYOB and my IT man for a week now without any result. I have had my Internet Explorer settings updated and reloaded the program. When I click on payroll reporting centre popup message says Unable to Connect. Possible causes issue with internet. company file is being upgraded. Accountright Live services is undergoing maintenance - try again later. I have tried all week without success. Another popup says something went wrong at our end. You'll need to come back later. Please help, I need to pay the staff today and also report to the ATO. Sometimes MYOB creates an email to itself which says

Unbelievable news. After a week and many hours of back and forth between MYOB and my IT man I decided to turn off my ROUTER and plug it back it. SUCCESS. After notifying the ATO again that I'm using MYOB (which they said they already knew) I can now do my payroll. Sometimes it's just the little things that can help. Hope this saves someone else a lot of time and money.
