unable to mark employee card as inactive
Is anyone else having issues marking an employee card as inactive? I keep receiving a "Connection Error" whenever I attempt to do this, and then have to close AccountRight. I've attempted to do this online also, but the change doesn't stick.
I haven't entered an end date yet as this seems to affect their last super payment which will be done later in the month.
Everything else seems to be working fine. This has only happened in the last 2 weeks and I've tested it a few times in case there was an update being conducted. My internet connection is stable.
