Unable to Open an Employee card file

Hi there

 

I have 1 employee file I can not open. I receive the message that "Something has gone wrong with Accountright and it needs to close". Any ideas on what could be wrong here would be appreciated.

    Hi Janelle10,

     

    Running into the "Something went wrong" error can disrupt your workflow, but no worries! I've already fixed your company file, so you should be able to open your employee card file now. In case you’ve encounter the same issue again, you can reach out our live chat team via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
