Hi DamienGM,
Thanks for your post. I can see that one of the two users with full Accountant/Bookkeeper access cannot record Payrun. This can be fixed by clearing the cache in the Accountright by following the steps in this thread. Alternatively, the other user may try to process the Payrun online or in the browser .
