Cannot delete a bill

My system created EOFY adjustment journals on retained earnings and this has caused discrepancies in the P & L net surplus/deficit and current earnings in the Balance Sheet. This happened when I rolled financial years. How do I reverse these EOFY Journals because my books are not balancing anymore and I can't delete nor reverse.
