Backup in progress - please re-set

Hi,

 

Would you please help me by re-setting my MYOB access.  

 

I have the received the following message:

 

Backup in progress

This company file is currently backing up.  

You can sign in once the back up is complete.

    I have had the same message for the last 3 days! I need to use the program. PLEASE FIX THIS, MYOB!

      Thanks for your post. I've made adjustments on the backend that should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you are still experiencing any problems.
