I can't file my company file code in order to confirm my company file

I have made many attempts to confirm our company file without success.  AccountRight version 2016.2.18.5106.  I have the serial number but then it asks for the company file code which is nowhere to be found.  I am becoming quite distressed by the lack of assistance being given by MYOB.  Please tell me where I can find the company file code so that I can confirm this file from 'read only'

  • I just want to let everyone know that my problem has been fixed.  I managed to get a MYOB support person on the phone who emailed me a confirmation code.  I ticked the box 'confirm by phone' and was able to upload the code which then reactivated my file ... yippeee!  So thanks Gavin again for your advice.

    Contact MYOB and request a licence file. Your version does not have a Company File Code - this is only for v19.16 and earlier.

     

    Or better still ask MYOB to re-enable online confirmation for you.

     

    Contact me via email if unable to get help from MYOB.

      Thanks very much for your response.  I've been trying for days to make contact without any response.  I would love MYOB to re-enable online confirmation but I can't get in touch with anyone even after leaving messages.  If you have any idea of how to make contact with them I would be most grateful.

      Hi I have accountright 2015.4.1

       I cannot confirm my account and can not get in touch with myob I have a confirmation code from june and it says account confirmed but still is read only

      i am injured and need to invoice clients for work done but cannot operate myob or contact them. I couldnt even sign in as It wouldnt accept password or send me  anew one 

      Any Help would be appreciatted

          * Serial number
          * Company File Code
