VPN Issues

Hi

I am wondering if anyone else is having issues when their VPN is on accessing MYOB.

I have never had any issues but the last couple of days I've been running my VPN and MYOB continues to say it can't connect and to retry.  It starts off ok, but then i have issues and as soon as I turn the VPN off, MYOB reconnects.  We travel overseas quite often and I need the VPN to work so I can access MYOB.

Any help would be appreciated.

    To fix VPN connection problems, you can try restarting your VPN client, resetting your network settings and you can also change the VPN server location. You may check for updates, and contact your VPN provider's support team for assistance.

     

    If the issue persists, you may need to troubleshoot your network configuration or hardware.
