Since the updated super changes my super payments are not going through. I am the only authorised person but a week later they are still showing as 'processing payment'
Since the updated super changes my super payments are not going through. I am the only authorised person but a week later they are still showing as 'processing payment'

I'm afraid that due to the recent Super payment duplicate charge situation, we have temporarily disabled Pay Super processing while our teams working on resolving the problem. Once the Pay Super service is re-enabled the payment will be processed then.
We do apologise for the inconvenience caused and greatly appreciate your patience in the meantime.
