Super Payment status showing "Processing Payment" for 10 days, funds taken from bank account

Processed paymnt on 17 Oct 2022 funds deducted from bank account. Still showing Processing Payment, no error message.

Suspect it has something with fund changing name, bank details remain the same.

Not sure if I can reverse payment and if funds will be reversed to the account?

Help desk does not exist??

    MYOB was playing with my money just a bit longer than usual.
