Super Portal Registration

Hi there

I need to pay my super.

Last week I emailed a change request form to my super portal registration (an increase in $ value).

How long does this take to get changed, as the registration still shows the lower value. I'm worried if I accept the T&Cs that the increase will not happen and I will be at risk for super not being paid due to unauthorised value?

    Hi KiwiCaro, 

     

    Thanks for your post. Generally there can be a turn around time between 2-3 business days until the change of details form has been completed, once they've done this they do update you via email. If the details still haven't been updated can you please send me a private message with the following information so that I can take a look into this for you:

    • Serial number 
    • Your full name and email address used to send through the change of details form 
    • Business name
