super payments not being paid into account

We have been payment through Myob Super for over 12months.  Recently my staff member questioned the amount in their account vs their payslips.  We have made payments, these are shown as completed and the staff member has not recieved any of these payments.  Amp had been making some payments (randomly) into my acount for amounts that differ from our payments.  I need to understand how to get to the bottom of why these are being partiall returned and why these have not been deposited.

    Thank you for your post.

     

    It does seem strange that this fund is returning partial contributions, however, only the fund will be able to provide the reason as to why they're refunding these amounts. I would advise your employee to contact their fund to see why these amounts are being refunded.
