Online payments not working

Our client has been trying to pay an invoice and is experiencing issues with the online payments 'Pay Now' button not working and getting an error message - we are unable to process the payment on his behalf as we are also getting the below message. Please assist!

    Hi Magic_Mike,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    Our teams are currently investigating this issue where customers are unable to pay their invoices via apple and google pay options. However, Credit Card payments are still going through.

     

    Once I have an update on this, I will let you know via this thread.

      Thank you - I have checked again and when I click on 'View online invoice' it goes directly to a screen with the message i included below.
