Hello
Trying to export items so as to update pricing and I am consistantly getting an error.
"Account right must close. AccountRight has encountered and error and must close"
No other error details, and the only option is to hit OK and the program closes.
See screenshot. What can be done?

If you're still getting this error, can you please attach the diagnostic log that gets generated after this error as it would have the details on why you're getting this error?

I managed to get the export to work, first by using ccleaner and disk clean up.
I am trying it on another PC now and am getting the same error.
I have atatched the log file.

The error log mentions time-out errors. I would suggest shortening the date range of the data to be exported, try reducing it to a single day for a test and check if you still get this error.
If the data does not get exported, extend the time out and let us know how you go on.
