Cannot Acquire Previous Employee Super Member Number

I had an employee who left after a few days. He accured $67.00 in Super

Ufortunately his Super Fund will not give me the membership Number and I have exhausted all sorces to contact the previous employee to enable me to deposit super into his account.

What shall I do with the Super Payment?

In this matter, you need to contact the ATO to give you advice on what you need to do with your employee super fund.
