Unable to make changes

Hi

 

Why can we no longer make changes to Invoices?

 

When we try, we get taken to the "Item number" etc. This is very frustrating as we need to change invoices and send these out.

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! If you get an error message can you please attach a screenshot of the error to this window so I can take a look into this for you.

      Hi

       

      No error message just unable to change Invoice amounts/name/address etc. anything. If we go in to change the Invoice amount, it takes you to the "Item Details" no matter where you click on the Invoice to change, this is where you are directed.  Our Bookkeeper has not changed permissions and she cannot change anything either.

        Hi JohnHold

         

        Can you please confirm if you're using AccountRight or the file in the AccountRight browser ? Can you also provide a screenshot of the invoice you're trying to change.
