superpayment issue

Your login to Pay Super may have timed out. You will need to go back to the main super payments screen to refresh your login, then try to create a payment again. If you still can't, you may not be authorised to do this. You'll need to find someone who is.

I am authrosie pay super administrator still getting this error.

    After reviewing the email registered in our system, we couldn't find any record of pay super reflecting on your account. To delve deeper into this matter, could you please send the following details via a private message: 

    1. Serial number
    2. Company name/ID
    3. Email Address and Full name
