Invoices not appearing in Tray

when sending invoices from the Capture app to the in tray nothing is showng in the tray. I have tried sending from multiple devices

    Hi Rachel2758 

     

    Thanks for your post. If the documents are not coming in first try uninstalling and reinstalling the capture app on your device, and I would also recommend checking that you are correctly set up as a user on your file (Setup > Users).

        Thanks for checking that. So I can assist you further can you please send me the following details via Private Message:  

        • Serial number
        • Account name
        • Your name and email address used to sign in 
        • Example invoice you tried to upload to the In Tray
