Leave request approval failed

I am trying to approve a leave request on the MYOB Team portal.  It keeps saying Leave request approval failed.

How do I fix this?

Thank you for the post. May I know which browser are you using? You can also try to use a different browser, but MYOB Admin Portal works better on Google Chrome.
