Bank Feeds window not showing showing transactions to hide transactions

Hi I have accountright on the browser.  I am trying to use bank feeds.  they show up as transactions but not in the bank feed.  I want to hide all the old transactions but I don't seem to be able to do this unless its in the bank feeds, and i can't see any transactions in the bank feed.  When i click on Manage bank feeds it show bank feed ready, however it does show account name not provided by bank.  Is that a problem.

 

would be great to get this sorted.  I use bank feeds on my other account right files but they are not on the browser.  I fnd the browser version not very user friendly

    Hi Elisem

     

    Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.

     

    I understand how important it is that you have all the features in bank feeds in the web version. Unfortunately, the web version of AccountRight is not yet the same as AccountRight. In the browser version of AccountRight, you can access the bank feeds transaction from the Banking > Bank Transaction window. But if you have AccountRight installed on your computer, I suggest using the software instead of the browser version, as the application could handle multiple files with different serial numbers at once.

      that sounds like a good idea.  I do have AccountRight on my computer.  How do I access the browser version using this.  The old version previously had another serial number.   How can I have multiple files with different serial numbers at once using the AccountRight on my computer.  I would like to use the computer app one most of the time.

        Thanks for the response. We appreciate you adding more information regarding your concern. 

         

        Generally, if your email address is connected to all the files you need to access, you will just need to login to the AccountRight application using your email address and you will have access to all the files connected to that email address.

         

        If you are logged in using your email address in the window shown in the last screenshot, all the AccountRight files connected to that email address will be shown in the right side of the window.
