cannot confirm company file 2017

It appears that I need to confirm my company file every few months. Admittedly I dont use MYOB as often since I have retired. However, its very frustrating. The website for confirming older versions online does not work. 

In other words I am stuck again. can someone help please??

I tried using the licence I received in November and it confirmed I had full access to my files, but then it showed it was "read only".

    Hi Earl_HD Shella_A . PLEASE HELP. 

    I am new to this MYOB forum and don't know how to write a post. I need a licence file to activate my MYOB accounting right basic. I also need help with moving my MYOB from my old computer to my new laptop.

  • I am having the exact same issue, can you please let me know how to resolve this as the key I have from last time isn't working, its saying the company file is confirmed but then its still only read only and I cant enter invoices etc??

    Hi Ashia

    You have to ask for a new key/licence. I also kept a previous one thinking it would work, but you need a current one from Myob. Cheers

    Yes, seachange234, is correct. You'd need to have an active license file to get this sorted. To get this, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MYOB Support or by submitting a support case via My Account.
