Cannot confirm company file
I tried to use MYOB today and once again I've been locked out with because I cannot confirm the company file.
There is no longer any way to contact support except for raising a support ticket, which it seems they just totally ignore. I need to be able to get into my files as it's nearing tax time!
This is extremely frustrating, what an absolutely rubbish product this is. No support whatsoever!
I REFUSE TO UPGRADE!
