Can't Login Hang/Freeze

InTuneMusicI'm having the exact same issues with the log in and STP declaration.  Again same as you I'm processing payroll and then having to declare via the web version.  And with the log in it takes a couple of attempts and eventually get the garbled screen as well and can eventually log in.

Yes you are totally right these work arounds should not be required to be doing and be the resolution to use the software.  The software should work as it supposed to.

I have cleaned my cache and I have reinstalled MYOB multiple times.

Since the last patch this has been an issue.

The other is issue is Bank Declaration for STP.

MYOB won't connect and allow a Declartion to be processed.

My work around is to log into the Web Browser to process the Bank Declarartion

I'm having the exact issue as @InTuneMusic, now 2 weeks in a row when trying to payroll reporting declaration. 

I've also had issued trying to go in and have reset my password and 2FA.....nothing has changed still having issues loggin in.

What's going on MYOB these were never issued previously?

Ohh and Yes the problem still exists with both issues

1) Log in to MYOB on Desktop

2)Payroll Declaration is still broken

Further to my previous post now I"m getting a security alert when trying to log in.  I've spent several hours today both chatting and then talking to someone with no real resolution for either the logging in issue or the payroll STP declaration not working via the desktop AR.  Suggested solution was to deactivate the STP registration and then reactivate.  I was given a link on how to add a declarer but no instructions on how to deactivate.  My guess is the person I spoke to was grasping at straws and sending me on a wild goose chase just to get rid of me.  The person I was chatting to said I'll need to do STP via the AR web version.  Not sure that's a fix???

I'm really disappointed with level of customer service and with no real fixes for either of these issues.  What's going on MYOB???

If InTuneMusic you get any sensible information for either of these issues please post here so I can hopefully fix mine also.

We suggest clearing your AccountRight cache to prevent slowdowns and discrepancies in your MYOB AccountRight software. Clearing the AccountRight Cache

Regarding the error message, 'Something went wrong on our end' when processing pays, please confirm the Windows version you are using. This information is vital in using MYOB AccountRight as we have a minimum system requirement. I would suggest to speak with your IT provider about updating your computers Windows version, all Windows updates and security updates. This workaround also includes the issue you're having when logging into AccountRight. Lastly, you may also try using a different device to see if the issue persists.

I have 4 different PC, all with Windows 11.

All computers are up to date.

All have the same issue with login in to MYOB.

I was able to run a fix on your company file. Kindly close your AccountRight and then log back in. Try to process a pay run now and let me know if it's working already and if you're still having issues logging in.
