Changing 2FA option

Does anyone know how I can change a 2FA from mobile phone to email

    Hi greened,

    To change the method of your 2FA, you must first reset the 2FA. Once it is reset, you can reconfigure it using your preferred method. All the necessary information and steps can be found on this help page.

    Thanks for raising this. If you need to reset your 2FA, the easiest way is to get in touch with our team so they can verify your details. You can reach them on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.

    Thanks Earl, I tried Moca but only got basic generic answers so not helpful at all. The email option is missing because it wasn't initially set up, but now I want to use the email option as sometimes SMS and Authenticator isn't available. Surely, we aren't permanently locked out of choosing the email option?
