Hi, I am unable to authenticate Company files on line with older version MYOB Account right. Why does it keep requesting this every 3 or 4 months. Thankyou

    Hi Earl, I sent my details through a private message to enable the company file. I am not sure if I access the private email correctly. Can you advise if you received my message. Thanks Lindy

    Hi Earl, I have rechecked the email address linked with my MYOB and I have not been sent a file so I can confirm in MYOB.  Did you receive my Private message okay with the relevant details for the MYOB so you could then send me the file to load?  Thanks LIndy

    Good Afternoon, I am now having trouble again to authenticate my Company File ID again.  Can you please assist.  Thanks Kindly Lindy

    Hi bower1,

     

    If you can shoot me a private message with your 

     

    • Serial Number,
    • Company File ID,
    • Email address, and
    • Full name.

     

    This way, I’ll be able to dive in and check your account for you.
