Hi Doreen, thank you, we have gone to the link and have tried contacting the numbers provided but haven't gotten through . Below is the message error hence we have paid for the renewal and still are locked out of our account. This issue is now slowing down our daily task progress.

Having your account locked after renewing is definitely not ideal, especially when it's holding your daily tasks. To get this fixed, you can reach out to our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA. They'll be able to check your account and get things back on track.
