SIGN IN CHNAGES/PROBLEMS

While I certainly don't expect any worthwhile response to this post, as is keeping with the tardy and horrific support we all "receive."

 

1.  Why has MYOB changed the login procedures to Account Right?
2.  Why is the login function now so dreadfully slow?

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding the changes with log-in, this is due to the amount of feedback we received regarding data security. This is typically made to provide a more secure environment for your data. While these changes may seem inconvenient at first, they are aimed at ensuring the safety and privacy of your information.     In terms of the slow login function, this can be caused by various factors, and I recommend checking your computer, using a different internet connection, and clearing your AccountRight cache.

      It would be useful to at least provide your customers with some warning of the changes you make.

       

      Our IT and LAN environment is complex and very secure.  We use the latest technology available, and the fastest internet connection, with backup mobile connections, not Optus!

       

      I'm an IBM mainframe and Cisco engineer, so I know a thing or two about configurations.  What you have implemented is old-fashioned verification methods that just slow down the process.
