Regarding your concern about changes in signing in MYOB, if you are experiencing manually entering your email address and a password every time you log in to your account and will not save your login details, we have updated our security for MYOB logins recently. This is the reason you were asked to enter your email every time you log in to your account even if you ticked the "Remember this device for 30 days". Also, it may be prompt more frequently if additional authentication is required, Rest assured; this is set up for additional security. You can check out this link for the update and more information.
With regards to the slow login function, this can be caused by various factors, and we recommend checking your computer, using a different internet connection, and clearing your AccountRight cache. Or you may consider the size of your file, to improve the performance.
