Support request seemingly deleted by MYOB - Has anyone else experienced this?

I have an email confirming lodgement of my support request but never received a response. When I logged back into my account to view support requests to follow up, it's not in either of the closed or open support request lists.

 

Wondering if I've been blacklisted, or if there's a more widespread glitch/bug/anomaly.

  • Apparently it wasn't lost or deleted, it had been escalated, which moved the request into a different system. This means it drops out of the list in myaccount.myob.com. 
    I'm not blacklisted after all!
