Hi NT45678 , this is a form response to an error log you have submitted, which is suggesting that the condition which triggered the error can be resolved by disabling the auto sync of your file.
A sync takes place in the background every 20 minutes for all cloud files, it's a backup of your file on your computer. Disabling it as shown means that you have to remember to do it for yourself.
If you are no longer aware of the error, then you may not need to take up the suggestion.
