Create notification in Access Manager

Question

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;I'm trying to notify ATO SBR software services by lodging Access Manager, yet it says login failed as per screen attached.&nbsp; - AMP 081 . Could you please assist? Many thx&nbsp;
