Updating Employees email
Hi,
I have updated multiple employees email addresses in their employee cards, but when emailing payslips, my MYOB is still trying to send them to the employees old email addresses. How can I overcome this so that the payslips are sent to the updated emails?

Which email address did you update on the employee's card? I assume the one in the Contact detials>>Email section? If so, this is for general emails and is not really used by the MYOB Business software.
To update the email address of the employee for their pay slips you want to use the following process:- Navigate to the employee's record -- Payroll>>Employees>>Select the employee
- Select the Payroll details tab
- Within the Employment detials>>Pay slips section, update the Pay slip email
- Select Save
The system uses that Pay slip email to send the pay slip to the employee.
