Superannuation Payable incorrect in Dashboard

Hi,

The superannuation payable total shown in the dashboard has been incorrect for as long as the dashboard was made available. It appears to be the sum of the total PAYGW + the super payable, even though I have each amount linked to 2 separate accounts. It is quite disconcerting to see the larger amount every time I go to the dashboard when it isn't the true super payable. I thought that when the new PAYGW total field on the dashboard was made visible recently, that the Super payable figure would be accurately shown, but no.

Reporting wise, there used to be a report available that let me see invoice details (to the individual items), which could be filtered by date & supplier. I am unable to find the report since being moved to MYOB Business from Essentials. It was very handy as it let me track the history of each of my purchased items. (I don't need to track them as inventory.) The detailed purchase report that I can see has no such details & only provides a list of invoices (showing only the total for each), filtered by date & supplier. Has the original report disappeared or is it just hidden?

Sorry for missing that point. I think it's best to reach out to the support team to troubleshoot your dashboard. You can do this by creating a support ticket from the MyAccount window or using live chat through MOCA.

It's an MYOB global problem - many have said that the Dashboard Super payable figure has never worked.
I think your software developers need to fix this for everyone, please.
I've checked all the allocations. It's a global software issue. Not an allocation issue.
And I notice one of my replies was hidden until I signed in.

Hi Wynn,

Good call flagging this, when the Super payable on the Dashboard doesn’t match what you expect (and others are saying the same), it’s not a great experience. Yes, there's a known issue where some files show the Superannuation payable on the Dashboard incorrectly. Sometimes it looks like it includes PAYG Withholding, or it doesn’t line up with the Superannuation Payments report. For now, please log a support ticket via My Account, including the steps you’ve taken and what you’ve already checked, so we can link your account to the existing case. Before you submit it, I’ll share this link with all the info and checks for Super payable.

The Super payable is linked correctly.
It's not linked to payg.

I see it's been adjusted. Yippee !!
It's not perfect (mine is out be only 172.97). But that's heaps better than the previous over 20k figure it was out by, which was horrifying.

new to MYOB and it's been a bit of a challenge to get my head wrapped around. I've noticed this issue on my dashboard as well and figured I'd check to see what the other unused super pay items had their linked accounts set to... Blow me down if each and every one of them came out of the box at 2-1350 PAYG. Resetting those accounts (even though I'm not using them) has resulted in the dashboard figure now correct. If you've come here looking for a solution, I hope this works for you.
