Capcha when sending invoice?

I log into my PC with password protection

I  log into MYOB by entering a user name/ password and then input a 2FA number generated on my phone

 

So why do I need to complete a capcha before I can send an invoice?

    Whilst you have provided an explanation which does not make any sense whatsoever and I work for a global tech company, this is by far the most absurd case I've seen where you have deployed new features to your platform, and have made Captcha a mandatory element.

    As a business owner we should have full control of our business including our SW, considering we are pyaing for it, therefore whilst you have provided a silly explanation, can you please be a little more proactive and diligent and provide a solution as to how the users can remove this, as this has double the efforts of my team in raising invoices, and if we don't have this resolved today, I will certainly be taking this up with Dept of Fair Trading, and be sending you the bill to re-imb my compan by the extra manhours it has taken, as a result of having to captcha after every single invoice.

    NEED TO REMOVE THIS ASAP

    No this isn't a new instance. 

     

    I've been running MYOB for a long while

     

    Do you rely on cookies for this to work properly?

    I totally agree, MYOB seem to have forgotten who the customer is.... we log in to our computers with passwords, then into MYOB with a password and 2FA. 

    We pay for the service with a credit card, we supply all our personal and business details, and still we are not trusted to use your platform for what we pay for. 

    Perhaps software in the back ground to identify someone sending these proposed multiple invoices that you say clog your system.... you have all the details to identify and stop the posible offenders!

    Sort it out and don't make it our problem!

    Let alone the advertising that plagues the platform.... that again we pay for....

    MYOB Business may require the users to use a reCAPTCHA system to verify identity prior to emailing out of the software. This will generally occur within new MYOB Business setups for a period of time, it can happen at other times. For the majority of users that function will be disabled automatically by the system after a period of time.

     

    While we do understand the impact that having that enabled does have with users needing to verify each time they invoice, its intention is to prevent the MYOB Business system from being used to send unsolicited emails from the system. This, in turn, helps the email system from being clogged with emails which would prevent true emails from sending or MYOB from "turning off" the email system for a period of time.

     

    So, yes, we do understand that impact but overall it is a necessity that we have implemented into the system. The good news is that after a period time that function should be disabled for that MYOB Business thus allowing emails to be send without the need to reCAPTCHA.

    Hi Elana_K 


    It's not based off a user's profile, it's based off the creation of the business. As an instance, if the file is new, the captcha would be enabled for sometime before it's automatically turned off.

    No this file was started years ago..

     

    So there is no solution to this issue,
