Invoices are not emailing properly.

Often my invoices record that they have been emailed but the client hasn't received them.

 

It is intermittent and not related to just one client.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

  • The online portal has been stuck for 2 days saying "sending". There is an email issue going on across the service. Please advise when fixed.

      Hi CDM2,

       

      Getting stuck on "sending status" for your email invoices is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have. Nobody likes dealing with that for long. So far, everything seems fine on our end, and we haven’t spotted any widespread issues with email sending. Don’t worry though, we’ll absolutely look into this to figure out what’s happening. To help us get to the bottom of it, head over to MyAccount and create a support ticket. Be sure to include as much detail as possible, like screenshots of the issue, so our team can dive in and pinpoint the cause.

    Hi Kelly011,

     

    Let's get this sorted for you because invoicing drama is the last thing anyone needs.

    It could be that your clients’ email settings or firewalls are playing hard to get. Ask them to check if the emails might’ve landed in their junk or spam folders. Sometimes even the good ones get lost there. Quick fix? They can add MYOB’s email address to their safe senders list so your invoices don’t get ignored.

    Now, let’s run a little test! Try sending a dummy invoice to yourself or maybe to a colleague. That way, you can see if the emails are working as they should. Don’t worry about the test invoices, you can delete them afterwards.

      The emails are not going to their spam folders.

      And the emails that fail to send also do not send to me.

       

      I will submit a case.
