Chris, disabling the whole online invoicing function is not the solution.
BPay fees not being on-charged to customers has been an issue for years, and despite multiple posts on this subject, it still remains. Please, if the surcharges for BPay cannot be on-charged, just like Credit Cards then we need the option to turn off BPay without affecting online credit card payments. We pay a monthly subscription to use MYOB, and this issue needs to be solved, not ignored.

Agree with this, we need an option to switch off BPay while leaving the other online payments on.

Has there been any update on this? I would also like to see the ability to switch off BPay as a payment option.

We’ve taken your feedback onboard. We are working to improve online invoice payments and provide greater control when it comes to selecting your preferred payment options.
*Edited 30/07 with new information below in boldThe ability to turn off BPAY is coming in a couple of weeks, please keep an eye out for emails & in product messaging to inform you of this change.

Welcome to the Community Forum.
The only way to disable BPAY payments would be to turn off online invoicing as a whole. You can provide your feedback on our website here about not being able to exclude BPAY payments or pass the charges on.
