No, I don't believe I do (as I don't even know what categories are!)
I have never had problems with AU$ situations like this, only this NZ$ one?

OK, if you open the invoice and select history, then is the credit visible? If so, open the credit and post a screenshot of both credit and invoice here.

What I would like to see, if I can, is a screenshot of the actual invoice and credit screens, not the printed forms.

this is the invoice screen, I can't show you the credit screen, because it doesn't show up anywhere

this isn't the printed form, this is the invoice when I click into it, do you mean something else?

Hi, sorry I meant the payment transaction and invoice. In both, can you open each transaction, so that you can see the actual screens that you recorded them on, and take a screenshot of both.
Use Snip to take the screenshot, in Windows search for snip by opening the Start menu and type Snip.
