Hey Paulas,
I've successfully run a fix over your file. To know if it's working already, follow the steps below:
- Make sure that you log out first and then log back in.
- Once logged in, add or amend an employee card file again.
If you still have issues, make sure to reach out to our support team directly. You can reach them on live chat via our virtual assistant MOCA.

Sorry no its still crashing /so not working - did you do it on the right file - its ************* Limited

I've successfully run the script for the company file you've mentioned. You can now log out and log back in, and this should resolve the issue. If it is still not working, please reach out to our support team using one of the various support options here.

This is not something they can resolve it’s a technical issue so needs a technical person to fix it please asap

its still crashing and no one has been able to fix this issue. Its corrupted somehow so we need a technical fix urgently as this is holding us up
